The heat relaxes and calms which helps to relieve stress and relax the muscles


Your body detoxifies during a sauna through pores when sweating. When using a sauna your heart rate increases up to 50%. This increase is about the same pace as fast walking, because of this fact you are burning fat therefore helping weight loss. The temperature of the skin increases in a sauna therefore blood flow increases improving circulation


The steam opens the pours which help rejuvenate and hydrate your skin. Other benefits include, elimination of toxins and a boosting of your immune system
